test pattern lounge
(2010)

With Tega Brain and Brendan Phelan for Underbelly Arts
Security camera, television, sofas, furniture, kitchenware, plants, books, pillows, carpets, tape, coat hangers

With the days of analog television drawing to a close, it’s time to pack down the trusty test pattern once and for all. It has served us well, making our screens bright and cheery when our favourite programs come to an end, as well as being a comfortable place to hang out. So make yourselves a cup of tea and settle into the test pattern lounge while we reluctantly pack down this symbol of analog broadcast television.
Installation for Underbelly Arts, Sydney 2010.
